CRBTracker will manage your teacher credentialing and vetting procedures more efficiently than excel or SIMs, it will provide reminders for renewals and prompt you to ensure a single central record of checks are complete on all staff. So when OfSTED asked for the central record of checks, you know it's always there.

Bluewave SWIFT is a whole-school system which links the key school processes together to save time and effort. Information generated through self-evaluation, SEF, Performance Management and School Development Planning is all linked together to make each element easier. So your performance management cycle will already be populating information for self-evaluation. The School Development Plan automatically links to objectives in Performance Management.
